We buy and activate it
Our team pays the provider in dollars and activates the plan on your own account.
Start using it
You get an email with the end date. We remind you a few days before it ends.
What we promise
Your own account
The plan is activated on your account, never a shared one. Your history and files stay yours.
No card, no password
You pay in NPR. Our order form never asks for card details or your password.
Invoice and reminders
Every order has an invoice, and we remind you before your plan ends so you are never cut off.
Questions
Is the plan on my own account?
Yes. We activate it on the account you tell us at checkout, so your chats, files and settings stay yours. If you do not have an account yet, create a free one first.
Do you need my password or card?
No. The order form never asks for a password or card details. If the provider needs you to confirm something during activation, our team messages you on WhatsApp and guides you.
How long does activation take?
Usually a few hours during our working hours. Each tool shows its own time. You get an email as soon as the plan is active, with its end date.
What if you cannot activate it?
You get a full refund of that plan, including VAT. Until we activate your plan, you can also cancel for a full refund.
Why is the price in rupees higher than the dollar price?
The NPR price covers the official dollar price, the exchange rate, our card and bank charges and our work. VAT is added at checkout, and every order has an invoice.
How do I renew?
Plans do not renew automatically. We email you a few days before the end date, and you can renew from your client area in a minute: the same account is filled in for you.
